RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY


Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each piece of jewelry may take up to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you have customized your order. However, some articles may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in salable condition within 10 days from the date received. Buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees as they are non-refundable. We will not refund for "buyer's remorse". Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise, custom made rings, gold teeth or any custom designed work. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by VIP Jewelry. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.

Please remember returns may be accepted within 10 days from the received date for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping fee is non-refundable, unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and come in original package and must be approved. Please read and understand the full Refund Policy before continuing with your order.

HOW TO RETURN?

Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please mail your your order to the following address:

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. If allowed, your VIP Jewelry account will be credited with the determined amount.

SHIPPING POLICY

How it Works

We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped out. All packages will require signature confirmation. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Multiple items order under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

Orders are processed Monday- Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and Holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

  • We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.

  • We will only ship to address provided at checkout.
